The Prairie County Weed Board is accepting applications for one to two Full Time-Temporary Weed Technicians.

Full Time-Temporary Weed Technicians

The position will be for 20 to 26 weeks beginning in May or June.   Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid MT Driver’s License.  

Applications and complete job description can be picked up at the Clerk & Recorder’s Office at the Prairie County Courthouse.  Applicant screening begins March 19,  2021.

WELCOME TO PRAIRIE COUNTY

Prairie County offers rural living at its best-wide open spaces under the big sky, plenty of recreational opportunities, and an old-fashioned sense of western hospitality. Prairie County was formed in February of 1915 from part of Custer County, Dawson County, and Fallon County. The county seat is located in Terry (the only incorporated town in the county), other communities include Fallon and Mildred. The Courthouse is located at 217 West Park St. in Terry.
